Unsure about which college to attend? Uncertain about which course to pursue? No Problem! Sit in the class, listen to the lectures, observe the practical, take your time! We understand this is a big decision! Once you have decided that this is the college and career for you, then come visit us in the Admissions Office.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE THE COLLEGE COMPARISON CHALLENGE!

Take a tour of the other colleges! Are their practical areas fully equipped? Is the equipment up-to-date and functioning? Speak to current students; most are willing to share their experiences!

Contact employers! Drop in to laboratories, clinics, rehabilitation centres, anywhere that they may hire graduates of the program you intend to study! What college would the employer recommend? It is always best to get an unbiased opinion!

“Forgot to Ask” Questions

As an educator, we know that there are a few questions that you should be asking the college you plan to attend. Here are a few examples;

	Is the person providing you the program information commission based? In other words, will they receive commission if you register?
	Are your instructors licensed and certified to teach the specified program?
	Is the course registered with the Ministry of Training Colleges & Universities? (Attach Certificate of Registration)
	Are they accredited by the appropriate associations related to the courses you are taking? (Ex. OSMT for Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician) Attach OSMT cert.
	Does the college arrange the Clinical Internship/Practicum?

The registration process is simple! You can email or give us a call and we will set up an appointment with an Academic Advisor.

Here is a checklist of the required documents:

	Valid Photo Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Permanent Residence Card) HEALTH CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
	Social Insurance Card
	O.S.S.D. (Ontario Diploma and/or Transcript) If you are applying as a mature student, you will be required to write a pre-entrance exam
