Robetech Institute Inc., School of Health Care Technology, welcomes applications from international students who wish to obtain their education in Canada. We are located in the central Toronto area in Ontario.

How To Apply

Complete the International Application Form
There are no processing fees required when submitting your International Application Form.

Fax, Mail or E-mail the completed form along with the copies of supporting documents required:
  1. Photocopy of Valid Passport
  2. Educational Documents (Translated in English)
  3. Proof of English comprehension

A registration fee of $500.00 dollars in Canadian funds is payable upon approval into the applied program. The balance of tuition fees are payable in weekly installments. The registration fee is deducted from the total cost of the tuition fees. Please refer to the Tuition for information on course costs. All programs require a uniform and the cost is NOT included in the total tuition and must be purchased prior to commencement of the course. The average cost of a uniform (scrub suit, rubber sole shoes, and lab coat if necessary) is approximately $75 – $150 CDN.

Once you have been accepted into a program at Robetech Institute you will need to obtain a Study Permit granted from the Canadian Government. A Study Permit allows you legal permission to reside in Canada for the purpose of academic, professional or vocational training at an approved educational institution. To be issued a Study Permit you will need to follow the procedures outlined by the Canadian government office in your country of residence, and may have to provide some or all of the following documents:
  1. Valid Passport
  2. Letter of Acceptance issued by Robetech Institute Inc.
  3. Proof of financial support (receipt of tuition fees paid in full)
  4. Proof of Medical Clearance
  5. Criminal Record Statement

Refund Policy

If you have been accepted into Robetech Institute but not granted a student visa, your tuition fees will be refunded minus $500.00 for application and processing fees. You will also be required to provide Robetech Institute with valid proof of visa denial from the Canadian Embassy.

If you are unable to attend the contracted date of commencement due to circumstances beyond your control (delay at the Canadian Embassy) you will be permitted to join the program in progress within 4 weeks of the start date.

International students who officially withdraw from the program prior to 21 days of the commencement date will receive tuition fees minus $500.00 or less 10% of the total course cost whichever is greater.
