Tuition Payments

Payments must be made on the scheduled dates in accordance with their contract agreement. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for each day that the payment is overdue. Any payment remaining unpaid for a period of more than one weeks is grounds for dismissal at the discretion of the school's directors. Any cheque returned by the bank for the reason of non sufficient funds (N.S.F.) is subject to a $55.00 administrative fee.

Uniforms

Uniforms must consist of a scrub suit, white rubber sole shoes and a Laboratory Coat (if attending Laboratory programs.) Uniforms are mandatory in the school for all courses.

Refund Policy

Please refer to the "Fee Collection and Refunds" PDF “Fee Collection and Refunds” and/or “Statement of Students’ Rights and Responsibility” from the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Transfer Policy

Any student who is registered in any of the courses will only be permitted to transfer once without losing their registration fee. A transfer fee of $20.00 will apply. The registration fee is non-refundable. Failure to attend the new schedule will mean an automatic cancellation from the chosen course. Students are required to complete a transfer form to be approved by the Director of the school and the student will be informed of any refund or fee adjustment.

Grading

Students must earn a 70% passing grade for each module & examination.

A $50.00 fee applies for make-up examinations. Only TWO (2) make-up examinations are permitted throughout the program.

Below 60% It will be mandatory that the student meet with their Instructor and the Director of Education. The student may have to repeat the module at an additional fee.

We will extend as much effort as required to ensure our students understand the subject/procedures being taught. If the Instructor feels that a student needs extra attention and/or help in a certain module or subject, additional academic support can be arranged and provided. Moreover, smaller class settings ensure that each student receives the attention they require and deserve to succeed.

All In-School practical and theoretical must be completed successfully prior to commencing the clinical portion of the program.
