POLICIES
Tuition Payments
Tuition fees can be paid in full on the first day of class although we also offer an option of paying through installments of weekly and bi-weekly payments. The schedule of payments is discussed at the time of registration. Payments must be made on the scheduled dates in accordance to your contract agreement. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for each day that the payment is overdue, if you choose the option of paying by installments. Any payment remaining unpaid for a period of more than one week is grounds for dismissal at the discretion of the school's directors. Any cheque returned by the bank for the reason of non sufficient funds (N.S.F.) is subject to a $55.00 administrative fee.
Uniforms
Uniforms consist of a scrub suit and white rubber sole shoes (Lab Coats are required if attending Laboratory programs.) Uniforms are mandatory in the school for all courses.
Some places to find reasonably priced scrub suits are WalMart, Sears, Aveda, SrubDepot.com. Prices for a scrub suit can range from $20-50. Laboratory Coats can be purchased at Robetech Institute for $30.00
Refund Policy
Please refer to the  "Fee Collection and Refunds" PDF “Fee Collection and Refunds” and/or “Statement of Students’ Rights and Responsibility” from the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
Grading
Students must earn a 70% passing grade for each module & examination. A $50.00 fee applies for FAILED examinations. Only TWO (2) make-up examinations are permitted throughout the program.
Any grade below 60%: The student may have to repeat the module at an additional fee.
We will extend as much effort as required to ensure our students understand the subject/procedures being taught. If the Instructor feels that a student needs extra attention and/or help in a certain module or subject, additional academic support can be arranged and provided. Moreover, smaller class settings ensure that each student receives the attention they require and deserve to succeed.

This is why we do not wait until the last week or the last day of school to begin perfecting your resume and cover letter! We provide you with workshops, one on one counseling, and informative packages to help guide you throughout the first steps in finding your job. With new advanced technologies in resume scanning, we will help give you those key words to get your resume chosen for the next big step…the Interview!
Job Search
So now you have a great resume, and a unique and tailored cover letter! The only way to get people to read it is by taking action. You have to get yourself out there! We will teach you simple, easy techniques on how to send your resume out, and how to follow up without frustrating the HR department. Just because a job is not posted doesn’t mean a company is not looking for someone just like you! We have some great secrets to success that we will to share with you!
